The Same As You - This is a true story based on the diary kept by a 17 year old girl who had to learn to cope with the symptoms of ADS (Anxiety, Depression & Suicide). It follows her contracting a virus, twice, which seriously affected her health. And also shows how difficult it was for her to cope with the stresses of daily life and with missing the final year of her school life.
Can You Hear Me - Written between the ages of 11 and 15 years old Can You Hear Me is a collection of poems by a new young writer living in Australia. The poems are unusual and are perhaps darker than one would expect from one so young. Yet, they are in the moment and reveal a great deal on the reality of life. Included in the book are a number of lithographic (Black & White) images which will make the reader reflect on what they see and read. Well worth the extra cost.
Charm of The Chosen One - This fantasy story is about two worlds and was written by a 14 year old. Alya is bored with her life but when she meets Christopher things are about to change and not necessarily for the better. Suddenly she finds herself having to face her destiny and it’s not what she thinks it should be. Follow her journey into a parallel world and discover whether she lives or dies?
